Jennifer Brown joined RCSA as the Director of Finance and Human Resources in 2019. She comes to RCSA from the University of Arizona with both finance and award management experience. Jennifer holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting as well as a master of administration degree. Jennifer is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Arizona.
