Jennifer Dukes originally joined RCSA in 2021 as Program & Award Administrator, Senior, left to complete her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northern Arizona University, and returned to the team in 2026. In her role, she provides program support and oversees award administration for foundation programs and grant management processes. Prior to joining RCSA, Jennifer held a management role in research and contract administration at the University of Arizona. She earned her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arizona.
