1st Scialog: Signatures of Life in the Universe postponed to 2021
Research Corporation for Science Advancement is postponing the first meeting of its Scialog: Signatures of Life in the Universe series for one year. Originally set for March 26-29, 2020, the first meeting is now planned for March 11-14, 2021, in Tucson, Arizona.
More than 50% of both Facilitators and Fellows have informed us they are unable to participate due to travel restrictions or personal circumstances related to the outbreak of COVID-19. As this percentage is likely to grow, we have decided the best course of action in these unusual circumstances is to postpone SLU for one year to allow for what we hope will be a return to normal travel conditions.
RCSA still intends to hold three SLU meetings, and all Fellows, Facilitators and program officers who planned to attend this year are invited to participate in 2021.
