Jennifer Dukes, B.A.
Jennifer Dukes came to RCSA from the University of Arizona, where she managed a post-award research administration team. She started her career there in 2015 managing sponsored awards for the university’s Health Sciences’ colleges and later became a manager of the post-award team that handled College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and College of Engineering. She has worked with a multitude of funding agencies including the National Institutes of Health, the National Science Foundation, U.S. Department of Defense, the Department of Energy, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and many other federal, state, local, and private sponsors.
Dukes previously worked in the banking industry, spending four years in branch management, where she gained a broad understanding of compliance, operations, development, and implementation of policies and procedures.
At RCSA, she provides program support and award administration services related to foundation programs and award management.
Dukes has a B.A. in political science from the University of Arizona.
