Scialog: Sustainable Minerals, Metals, and Materials began.

The first meeting of Scialog: Sustainable Minerals, Metals, and Materials was held September 4-7, 2024, in Tucson. The three-year initiative, cosponsored with the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, aims to spark advances in the mining, design, manufacture, and disposal of materials needed to achieve a more sustainable and low-carbon energy system.
